What "IT" Means:

 

"IT" means getting as big and as strong as your genetics allow without sacrificing "real life" responsibilities; family time, time studying, sports practice time, work time, etc. "IT" means  the optimal amount of time spent in the gym - so you can maximize stimulation and recovery. "IT" means training that produces the maximum results for 'real trainees' who won't sacrifice their health - or create 'fake strength and size' - by taking steroids, growth hormones or any other anabolic drug.
